Is there a way you could fast-track my return request?

After dropping off the package at your local post office, take a picture of the postal receipt and send it to us. We’ll then fast-track your return request and process your desired outcome (exchange, refund, or store credit) as soon as possible!

Is your returns window extended during the holiday season?

Yes! We understand that you’re busy during the holidays and we don’t want you to worry about going to the post office to drop off your package. For December, we’re extending our returns window to give you more time with your loved ones!

When will my exchange order be sent to me?

Once your return package reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed. Fulfillment at our warehouse takes two days and delivery within the U.S. takes 3-5 days. If you want to hasten the process, send us a picture of the postal receipt
