60-Night Sleep Trial 

Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding is covered by our 60-Night Sleep Trial, allowing you to enjoy your new bedding risk-free. We encourage you to use and care for your bedding as usual throughout the trial period. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, return the item for a full refund—no questions asked. Our exclusive 60-Night Sleep Trial is extended to first-time ettitude customers, welcoming you to experience our bedding with confidence and ease. Standard Returns and Exchanges

Items outside of the 60-Night Sleep Trial eligibility may be returned or exchanged for store credit or a refund, provided they remain unused and unwashed, within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refund returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns requested between 30 and 60 days from delivery will be accepted for store credit only.

Final Sale Items 

Final sale items are eligible for return or exchange exclusively in cases of product defects. In addition, we offer our ettitude re:new program, through which you can trade in any final sale product and receive $50 in store credit. This program also welcomes gently used ettitude products and even gently used sheets from other brands, making sustainable choices rewarding. Please note that the ettitude re:new program is available only to customers within the United States.

Third-Party Purchases 

For purchases made through third-party stocklists, retailers, or websites, please get in touch with the seller directly for any return or exchange requests.
