Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding is covered under the 60-night Sleep Trial and is eligible for free returns or exchanges. Enjoy and wash your bedding as usual for a full 60 nights, and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. You can find out more about our 60 Night Sleep Trial here.

Items not covered under our 60-Night Sleep Trial can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund if unused and unwashed within 30 days of your delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns for refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns initiated between 30 and 60 days from your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit.

Final sale items are only eligible for returns or exchanges if they are faulty. However, you can trade in any final sale products on ettitude re:new and receive $50 in credits in return. You can trade in your gently used ettitude items on ettitude re:new. You can even trade-in and recycle your old sheets from other brands! Please be aware that this option is exclusively for orders within the US.
