60-Night Sleep Trial
Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding is covered by our 60-Night Sleep Trial, allowing you to enjoy your new bedding risk-free. We encourage you to use and care for your bedding as usual throughout the trial period. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund (refund amount is subject to return shipping label cost; see Free Returns & Shipping Protection below). Our exclusive 60-Night Sleep Trial is extended to first-time ettitude customers, welcoming you to experience our bedding with confidence and ease. Standard Returns and Exchanges
Items outside of the 60-Night Sleep Trial eligibility may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, provided they remain unused and unwashed, within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note the following:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund returns may be subject to a restocking fee plus the return shipping label cost, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. (see Free Returns & Shipping Protection below)
- Returns requested between 31 and 60 days from delivery will be accepted for exchange and store credit only and will not incur a restocking fee or return shipping label cost.
Free Returns & Shipping Protection
We now offer added flexibility when you choose Free Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout:
- If purchased: You will not be charged a restocking fee, and your return shipping label will be free.
- If not purchased but under the 60-Night Sleep Trial: You will not be charged a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
- If not purchased and order is not under the 60-Night Sleep Trial: A restocking fee of $12 applies, or 3% of the order value for returns valued at $401 or more. You will also be responsible for the return shipping label cost.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are eligible for return or exchange exclusively in cases of product defects.
We also offer our ettitude re:new program, through which you can trade in any final sale product and receive $50 in store credit. This program also welcomes gently used ettitude products and even gently used sheets from other brands, making sustainable choices rewarding.
Please note: The ettitude re:new program is available only to customers within the United States.
Third-Party Purchases
For purchases made through third-party stocklists, retailers, or websites, please contact the seller directly for any return or exchange requests.
