General Rules
- First-time purchase of eligible bedding may qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial.
- Items must be unused and unwashed to be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective (please refer to this page).
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).
Return Windows & Outcomes
- 0–30 days from delivery: Refund, exchange, or store credit.
- 31–60 days from delivery: Exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
- After 60 days: Returns are not accepted (unless the item is defective).
Fees
- Restocking fee: $12, or 3% for orders over $401
- Return shipping: $7–$20 depending on location & package weight
- If you opted for Free Returns & Shipping Protection at purchase, both the restocking fee and return shipping fee are waived.
- Exchanges: always free (no restocking or shipping fees)
Exclusions
- Final sale items: No returns/exchanges.
- Used or washed items: Not eligible unless covered by 60-Night Sleep Trial.
- Items purchased from another retailer: Please contact the original seller.
- International orders: Customer pays for the return shipping cost & restocking fee (unless covered by the 60-Night Sleep Trial). Please contact our Concierge team via this form.
