General Rules

• First-time purchase of eligible bedding may qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial.
• Items must be unused and unwashed to be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective (please refer to this page).
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).

Return Windows & Outcomes

• 0–30 days from delivery: Refund, exchange, or store credit.
• 31–60 days from delivery: Exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
• After 60 days: Returns are not accepted (unless the item is defective).

Fees

• Restocking fee: $12, or 3% for orders over $401
• Return shipping: $7–$20 depending on location & package weight
• If you opted for Free Returns & Shipping Protection at purchase, both the restocking fee and return shipping fee are waived.
• Exchanges: always free (no restocking or shipping fees)

Exclusions

• Final sale items: No returns/exchanges.
• Used or washed items: Not eligible unless covered by 60-Night Sleep Trial.
• Items purchased from another retailer: Please contact the original seller.
• International orders: Customer pays for the return shipping cost & restocking fee (unless covered by the 60-Night Sleep Trial). Please contact our Concierge team via this form.
