• All bedding is included.

• Not included: final sale items and non-bedding items.

What You Can Do

Sleep on your bedding and wash it as usual. Within 100 nights of delivery, you can return it for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Fees

• Exchanges: always free.

• With Free Returns & Shipping Protection: no fees.

• Without protection: only the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund or store credit. No restocking fee.

• International orders: you pay the return shipping cost. No restocking fee. Please contact our Concierge team through our contact form.

If your bedding isn't right, you're covered. Start your return in our returns portal anytime within 100 nights of delivery.

Fair Use and Returns Abuse

To keep the Sleep Trial fair for everyone, it is limited to one per customer. We may decline a return, limit future returns, or decline future orders if we see excessive returns or misuse of our return policy. This includes repeated trial returns using different names, emails or addresses, items returned damaged, incomplete or different from what we sent, and items not purchased from ettitude.com. If this applies to you, we will contact you for information.
