What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?Updated 8 days ago
At ettitude, we uphold stringent quality control standards to ensure every product meets our high expectations of excellence. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly and doing our best to make things right.
To ensure we can resolve this swiftly and seamlessly, please complete our Defective Items Reporting Form. Once the form is received, a dedicated member of our Concierge Team will personally review your case and reach out within 24 to 48 business hours, with tailored assistance. Please be ready to provide the following:
- A clear photograph of the item and the reported issue.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Your order number.
- The batch code of the defective item which can be found on the tag.
We gladly replace any items confirmed to be faulty within six months of the delivery date. In exceptional cases, we may consider replacement requests up to one year from delivery; however, we are unable to accommodate requests beyond this period.
