How do I file a shipping claim?Updated 2 days ago

To ensure prompt assistance, shipping claims should be submitted within 21 days from the date your order is marked as delivered or from the last tracking update. 

  • For domestic shipments, orders without tracking activity for five business days may be considered lost in transit. 
  • International shipments with no movement for 15 calendar days are considered lost in transit.

To initiate your claim, please visit our dedicated Claims Portal, and provide the necessary details for a swift resolution.
