Any orders placed prior to the initial launch of The Comfort Collective in early June 2021 will not contribute to your point accumulation. However, if you have made a purchase after the launch, the points that you earned from that purchase will be linked to the email address associated with that order. By creating an account using the same email address, you'll be able to access your points conveniently within your account.
